🌐 Position Summary:
As our Digital Operations Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our digital infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. You’ll manage a talented team of professionals, including specialists in application support, cyber security, and quality assurance. Your role is essential in driving digital project success and maintaining the integrity of our IT and Application systems.

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of IT professionals.

Ensure adherence to cyber security policies and compliance standards.
Manage others to ensure end-to-end quality assurance processes are met.

Act as the primary contact for digital operations-related matters.
Manage high-priority incidents and implement corrective actions.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Operations Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, application support, and digital operations.
Experience in managing technical projects.
In-depth knowledge of cyber security and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.
